WhatsApp is how you'll message your Butler Button concierge. Setup takes about two minutes.

Note: You'll need a phone number that can receive an SMS or voice call.

Set up your account

  1. Tap Agree and Continue.
  2. Tap Allow on the notification permission prompt.
  3. Select your country and enter your phone number, then tap Next.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code sent to you by SMS. Most iPhones fill this in automatically.
  5. Enter your name and tap Next.

Message your concierge

Open a new chat and send a message to the number in your Butler Button welcome email. Your concierge will respond shortly.

Code didn't arrive? Tap Resend SMS, or choose the voice call option if SMS is unreliable on your connection.
